A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll move your website(s) to our high–end cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost data and undesirable downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We have highly skilled administrators whose main task is to make sure that your web site performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to accomplish all web site migrations as quickly as possible. Even so, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are different variables that you have to consider – the mere size of your website and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We constantly strive to perform each migration within 48 hours. With less sizeable web sites, our team usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any sensitive info. We’ll need, though, the login information for your current hosting account along with the name of the web site that you’d like to migrate.

A: User privacy is one of our prime concerns – that is why, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–grade Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to secure the information that we accumulate on the Internet. And we’ve also got a detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we collect.

A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. As soon as the transfer is completed, we’ll make sure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized before informing you that the transfer is over. Then we will explain to you how to transfer the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS resource records.

A: Nope. We’ll never get in touch with your web hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website transfer either.

A: Yup. We support all conventional Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based web hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site building and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
